Blood is thicker than water thinner than determination and nothing in the face of my own strength. Oh, the pain I would be in if I lived in a place with shared DNA. It hurts to step foot into that house. It wears on me. So, by myself I thrive. Lucky enough to have support, and to have myself and to be okay with it. I have life, love, sunshine, full moons. Most of all I have faith in myself. |
