It's shameful to harbor such strong dislike towards a child , one so much younger than you. It's shameful to let a child's words affect you so, to feel your insecurities jump back into place. It's shameful also that their mother spreads rumors about [a girl you always liked] who is the same age as her children. So quick to defend, so quick to defy, you get yourself into trouble. You make lasting enemies--but hold your head up high and know that you'll never be beaten. It's shameful that you enjoy the battle as much as you enjoy the victory. |
